8. Equipment Rental Terms

All equipment rentals are subject to availability and approval by Tower Rush Rent. We reserve the right to refuse rental requests based on equipment availability, customer credit history, or other business considerations.

Rental periods begin when equipment leaves our facility and end when it is returned. Early returns may be subject to minimum rental charges. Late returns will incur additional daily charges at 150% of the standard rental rate.

Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment upon pickup and reporting any damage or deficiencies immediately. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when rented, normal wear and tear excepted.

Tower Rush Rent provides basic operator training for most equipment. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that operators are properly trained and certified for the specific equipment being used.

9. Insurance and Liability

Customers must provide proof of adequate insurance coverage for rented equipment. Tower Rush Rent offers supplemental insurance options, but these do not replace the customer's primary liability coverage.

Tower Rush Rent is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from equipment malfunction or unavailability. Our liability is limited to the rental cost of the equipment for the rental period.

Customers assume all responsibility for proper operation of equipment and compliance with local safety regulations. Tower Rush Rent provides safety guidelines but cannot guarantee operator safety in all circumstances.

In case of equipment theft or vandalism while in customer's possession, customers remain liable for the full replacement value of the equipment until the incident is reported to authorities and Tower Rush Rent is notified.

10. Maintenance and Repairs

All equipment is inspected and maintained by certified technicians before rental. However, equipment may require maintenance during the rental period due to normal usage.

Customers must immediately report any equipment malfunctions or damage to Tower Rush Rent. Attempting to repair equipment yourself may void warranties and result in additional charges.

Tower Rush Rent provides emergency repair services during business hours. Non-emergency repairs may result in equipment downtime, which may be billed at reduced rates or provided as replacement equipment when available.

Fuel, lubricants, and consumables are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement. Tower Rush Rent provides equipment with adequate initial fuel levels.

11. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Early termination by the customer may result in cancellation fees equivalent to 50% of remaining rental charges.

Tower Rush Rent reserves the right to terminate rentals immediately if equipment is used improperly, safety violations occur, or payment terms are breached.

In case of termination due to customer breach, all outstanding charges become immediately due, including potential damages or repair costs.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid minimum charge penalties. Same-day cancellations are subject to full-day charges.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations) may result in rental termination without penalty to either party.
